41st Street Community Home

The team at 41st Street is a group of staff who are hardworking, dedicated and committed to providing the highest quality of support to the individuals who reside there. At 41st Street they provide residential support as well as support all three clients in their Community Access endeavors. They do so always keeping in mind their interests, wants and needs. We have staff who have been providing these supports for up to 15 years!!!! Over the years, as the clients age their needs have changed and grown exponentially and the staff are always willing and able to gain the necessary knowledge to ensure that they continue to provide whatever assistance is needed for them to continue to thrive in their home. At CSPD we consider ourselves so fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside this wonderful group of people.
